20+ years as a competitive figure skater with Skate Oakville and Western University. Triple Gold Medalist in Free Skate, Skills, and Dance. 5+ years coaching all StarSkate levels with main focus on jumps and spins.
Coaching Philosophy
I believe figure skating should be an opportunity for athletes to learn the value of hard work and to find joy while doing it. My goal as a coach is to share my love of figure skating with every skater I work with and to help them see they are capable of more than they realize.
Additional Information
I specialize in spin technique if you are looking for a spin specific coach. Not many skaters realize the importance of spins, but I was fortunate enough to have a coach growing up who loved spins and passed on her love and technique to me.
