EDGE Teams
At Skate Oakville, our synchronized skating teams, known as EDGE, offer skaters of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to experience the excitement and teamwork of synchronized skating. From our beginner teams to our National Cup competitors, every EDGE team focuses on developing strong skating skills, precision and artistry while fostering the joy of skating together as a team.
Our EDGE program is built on the belief that everyone has a place and everyone is welcome. We strive to create an inclusive, encouraging environment where skaters can grow in confidence, make lasting friendships and develop life skills both on and off of the ice.
With experienced coaches, a strong club community, and a passion for excellence, Skate Oakville's EDGE teams continue to build a tradition of teamwork, dedication and fun. Join us on the ice and discover how skating in sync can bring out the best in every skater!

Qualifications for Tryouts
Under 12 years of age, as of July 1st for that season.
Completed CanSkate stage 6.
Participating in STAR A sessions.
Tryouts happen throughout Spring and Summer. The season starts in the Fall.
Did you know EDGE used to be called Ice Expression?
As one of the oldest synchro clubs in Canada, Skate Oakville has offered synchro teams at various levels since the 1990's. While many clubs have come and gone, Oakville has a long history of offering many synchro teams year after year.
