Volunteers:

Shows like this can’t happen without a great team of volunteers. We are still looking for some people to help with:

  • Security
  • Ushers
  • Court moms
  • Set up – March 31st (before dress rehearsal)
  • Tear Down – April 1st (after show)

Please see attached chart for volunteer opportunities and descriptions. VOLUNTEER CHART

If you are available to help, please contact me at: joni@skateoakville.ca

Court Moms:

Court moms will be on hand at rehearsals to assist the coaches with managing the skaters as well as to help with organizing skaters and making sure all costumes and prop requirements are met and managed.

For performances, skaters will be dropped off at a designated area at a designated time.  From there our amazing team of court moms will ensure the skaters are ready and delivered to the ice for their performance and then will take them back from the ice to the dressing room and supervise them until it is time for them to be picked up by parents.

We are still short a few court moms for the following numbers:

  • Sparkling Clean – need 3
  • Movie Mania – need 2
  • Board Games – need 2
  • Grocery Shopping – need 3
  • Can’t Stop – need 1
  • Toilet Paper Wars – need 1
  • Halton Heroes – need 1
  • Can’t Stop – need 1
